Fully Funded CSC Scholarship 2025-26 at Dalian University of Technology, China

Dalian University of Technology offers a vast scope in the number and fields of academic disciplines for Chinese Government Scholarship postgraduate programs. Application will not be required to pay an application fee, and there will be no need to attach the IELTS or TOEFL scores while applying for a CSC Scholarship.

The Master’s degree will be three years long, while the Doctoral will be four years. All expenses shall be covered for the scholarship.

Financial Coverage:

The Dalian University of Technology CSC Scholarship 2025-26 is a full-funded scholarship for international students. Students will get the following financial coverage under this scholarship:

Master’s Degree: 3,000 CNY/ Month
Doctoral Degree: 3,500 CNY/ Month

Required Documents:

Following documents are required to be uploaded by applicants while applying online to the Dalian University of Technology CSC Scholarship. These are:

Completed CSC Application Form
Passport Copy – valid for more than 6 months
Six recent photos 3cm x 4cm in size
Highest diploma – non-English or non-Chinese documents to be followed by notarized translations
Academic transcripts – non-English or non-Chinese documents to be followed by notarized translations
Research Plan or Study Plan in Chinese or English at least 800 words
Acceptance letter from the supervisor at DUT
Two recommendation letters in English or Chinese by professors or associate professors of your previous university where you studied
Foreigner Physical Examination Form Copy and Blood Test Report should be the original and in English
Certificate of No Criminal Conviction

Language Requirements:

If the taught programs are taught in Chinese, then the HSK certificate should be needed within 2 years:

HSK4: 180 points or above for Science, Technology, Management and Economics students
HSK5: 180 points or above for Humanities, Social Science and Philosophy students
For programs taught in English: TOEFL or IELTS is required:
TOEFL: 80 points or more
IELTS: 5.5 points or more
Applicants whose last studied in an English speaking country can provide the certificate of their language center.
Native English speakers may submit an application without an English test.

Eligibility Criteria:

Here are the things that the candidates should keep in mind for eligibility for applying to the Dalian University of Technology CSC Scholarship:

Must not be Chinese citizens and must be in good health.

Education background and age limit:

Age limit: The applicants applying for the Master’s degree must hold an undergraduate degree and be under 35 years of age
Age limit: The applicants applying for the PhD degree must hold a Master’s degree and be under 40 years of age.

Application Deadline:

The application deadline for the Dalian University of Technology Chinese Government Scholarship in case of international students is February 15, 2025. The admission notices will be provided by the end of July 2025 and the enrollment will start in September 2025.

Log in to the CSC website: studyinchina.csc.edu.cn, upload all the documents, and download the application form. The scholarship type is B, and Agency No. is 10141.
Submit your online application on the DUT website: http://iso.dlut.edu.cn.
The application forms and application materials should be emailed in a ZIP file to dutsice@dlut.edu.cn addressed to the School of International Education before the deadline. Subject Format: “DUT application number + passport last name + passport first name” (for instance, 20201100001 + RAZA + AHMAD).
