IT Personnel Job Description

IT Personnel is to acquire and maintain the bank’s digital infrastructure for the smooth operation of the banking systems and good condition of digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the bank’s IT systems, hardware, and software in good condition and repair them
• Apply cybersecurity to safeguard customer and bank data
• Keep network infrastructure, servers, and databases in good condition
• Ensure digital banking channels, i.e., online and mobile banking, are in good working order
• Provide IT assistance to staff members and diagnose technical issues
• Create and implement technology solutions for enhancing bank operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in system administration, networking, or IT support
• Knowledge of database management, security, and networking
• Knowledge of banking software and fintech solutions is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting abilities
