• Master’s students: CNY 3,000/month

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must meet the requirements listed below:

• Citizenship: Non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental state.

Educational Background:

• Applicants for master’s must hold a bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old.
• Applicants for PhD must hold a master’s degree and be under 40 years of age.
• Academic Excellence: Good grades and research skills.

Language Requirements:

• Chinese-taught programs: HSK Level 4 or above within 2 years.
• English-taught programs: IELTS 5.5+, TOEFL 80+, or equivalent certificate.

Exclusion:

• Applicants who have been awarded any other scholarships. Required Documents
• Applicants should prepare and submit the following documents:

1. Application Form for Scholarship: Filled in either English or Chinese.
2. Physical Examination Form: Completed and stamped by an attending physician.
3. Degree Certificates: Notarized undergraduate and graduate degree certificates.
4. Academic Transcripts: Notarized transcripts in either English or Chinese.
5. Recommendation Letters: Two, by professors or associate professors.
6. Study Plan/Research Proposal: No less than 800 words in English or Chinese.
7. Language Proficiency Proof: HSK or English proficiency test scores.
8. Passport Copy: Valid passport, including visa/residence permit if applicable.

Note: All the above documents should be scanned in advance and uploaded to the application portal. The original documents will be checked upon request.

The application should reach the university before 10th February 2025.
