Full Tuition

Living Allowance:

• Master: CNY 3,000 /Month

Required Documents

• Application Form: Fill in Chinese or English.
• Passport Copies: Photo and address pages included.
• Academic Certificates: Notarized highest degree. For the applicant still studying, attach proof of enrollment.
• For non-Chinese/English: attach a notarized translation.
• Academic Transcripts: With notarized translations if not in Chinese or English.
• Study Plan/Research Proposal: At least 800 words in Chinese or English.
• Recommendation Letters: Two from professors or associate professors.
• Foreigner Physical Examination Form: Valid for 6 months, available on the CSC website.
• Criminal Record Proof: With notarized translation if not in Chinese or English.
• Language Proficiency Proof: Evidence of Chinese or English proficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Non-Chinese citizens in good health.

Age:

• Master’s candidates: Below 35 with a Bachelor’s degree.
• PhD candidates: Below 40 with a Master’s degree.

Chinese Government Scholarship System:

• Log in to CSC Application Portal
• Select Scholarship Type B, fill in agency code 10475, and submit
• Download and sign the application form, then upload it during the second step

Henan University Online Application System:

• Access the Henan University Application Portal
• Fill in the application in Chinese or English and upload the scanned documents online according to the requirements.
