AI Video Creator
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level AI Video Creator with strong experience in generative AI production and a solid understanding of cinematic storytelling.
In this role, you will transform creative concepts and written scripts into engaging AI-generated video content, ranging from short cinematic scenes to longer experimental visual projects.
You will work under creative direction while maintaining a high level of independence and creative ownership.
The ideal candidate understands how to combine AI-generated imagery, video, sound and traditional editing techniques to produce polished, cohesive and visually compelling stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality AI-generated video scenes, sequences and complete video projects, including productions exceeding five minutes.
- Transform written scripts and creative concepts into compelling visual stories using generative AI workflows.
- Combine AI-generated images, video, voice, sound effects and music into cohesive finished productions.
- Develop cinematic scenes with strong composition, pacing, continuity and visual storytelling.
- Independently manage assigned creative projects from concept through final delivery.
- Maintain consistency in characters, environments, visual styles and overall creative direction.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques to improve production quality and efficiency.
- Help refine and optimize existing AI video-production workflows.
- Collaborate with senior creative leads while following established production standards and creative guidelines.
Requirements
Candidates should have hands-on experience with modern generative AI video tools, including platforms such as Runway, Pika or similar AI video-generation software.
Experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or comparable platforms is also required.
Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of cinematic fundamentals, including composition, visual structure, pacing, scene development and storytelling.
The successful candidate should be comfortable independently completing AI-driven creative projects without requiring constant step-by-step supervision.
Good written and spoken English communication skills are required for understanding scripts, receiving creative direction and collaborating effectively with a remote team.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other professional video-editing software is an advantage.
Experience & Background
Previous experience in AI video production, AI content creation or generative media is highly desirable.
Candidates with backgrounds in film production, video editing, advertising, digital media, visual storytelling or content creation are also encouraged to apply, provided they have practical experience working with generative AI tools.
Formal education in film or media is not necessarily required when applicants can demonstrate strong creative and technical abilities through their portfolio.
Additional Skills
Experience with AI-powered audio, voice and music-generation platforms such as ElevenLabs, Udio or Suno is considered an advantage.
Candidates who enjoy experimenting with newly released AI technologies and quickly incorporating useful tools into their creative workflow will be particularly well suited to the position.
Portfolio Requirements
Applicants must provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant personal or professional AI-generated creative work.
The portfolio should include at least one 1–5 minute AI-generated video, short film or experimental visual project.
Candidates should also provide an updated Instagram profile, video portfolio or similar showcase where applicable.
For submitted projects, applicants should briefly explain their individual contribution, including the AI tools, editing techniques and production responsibilities involved in creating each video.
