Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while helping children and families achieve meaningful progress.

This allows BCBAs to concentrate on clinical leadership, treatment quality, supervision, and positive outcomes for children receiving ABA services.

The position combines remote work and telehealth-based clinical oversight with responsibility for supporting in-home ABA services across multiple locations.

Compensation & Incentives

Centria offers a competitive compensation package designed to reflect each candidate’s clinical experience, qualifications, and professional value.

Compensation may include:

Base salary of up to $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
A signing bonus.
Weekly and monthly performance-based bonus opportunities.
Bonus earnings averaging approximately $1,000 or more per month.
