📍 Remote, United States 💵 $300 - $600 / month 1 day ago

Department: IT & Software Location: Remote, United States Salary: $300 - $600 / month

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Canva Designers to produce professional visual content for clients across a variety of digital channels.

In this role, you will use Canva to create engaging social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials, advertisements, and branded assets while maintaining consistency with each client’s visual identity.

This opportunity is well suited to designers who are highly comfortable working with Canva and understand how to combine typography, colour, imagery, spacing, and layout to create polished visual content.

The position is fully remote, with compensation ranging from $300–$600 USD per month, in line with RemoteTask Online’s global compensation structure for remote professionals.

About the Role

Your typical workday will begin by accessing our secure online portal and reviewing the design tasks assigned to you. Projects may include social media graphics, presentations, promotional materials, marketing collateral, and other branded visual assets.

You will also develop and maintain reusable Canva templates, brand kits, and style guidelines to ensure visual consistency across projects.

Depending on client requirements, you may create graphics for blog articles, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and other marketing initiatives.

Much of the work is self-managed. You will receive daily or weekly assignments and performance targets, giving you flexibility to organise your working schedule provided deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

You will work with Canva alongside standard office applications and our internal systems for managing projects, communication, and task delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create professional social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva
  • Develop reusable Canva templates and maintain brand style guidelines
  • Produce visual assets for blogs, email campaigns, advertisements, and digital marketing projects
  • Work with marketing teams to turn creative briefs into visually consistent designs
  • Maintain and organise Canva brand kits, templates, and digital asset libraries
  • Ensure designs follow established branding and quality standards
  • Manage multiple design assignments while meeting agreed deadlines
  • Keep up to date with new Canva tools, features, templates, and relevant design trends

Training & Onboarding

Successful candidates will complete a structured two-week onboarding programme supported by a dedicated mentor.

Week 1: You will be introduced to the company’s internal systems, workflows, team processes, and design standards. You will also complete supervised practice assignments and receive direct feedback.

Week 2: You will begin working more independently on live assignments with reduced supervision. Your work will be evaluated against established quality standards, followed by a proficiency assessment.

Ongoing Development: Team members receive weekly quality scorecards, monthly performance reviews, and access to additional training designed to strengthen their skills and prepare them for greater responsibilities.

All required training is paid, and you will receive guidance on the company’s processes and expectations before being expected to complete tasks independently.

The company also supports internal career development, with opportunities for strong performers to progress into more senior or team leadership positions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong Canva skills and a good eye for professional visual communication. You should be comfortable working independently while following established creative briefs and brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy
  • The ability to produce high-quality designs efficiently

  • Good communication skills and the ability to interpret creative instructions accurately
  • Attention to detail and consistency across different visual assets
  • Approximately 0–2 years of design experience
