With more than 100,000 active communities and approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit has grown into one of the internet’s largest community-driven sources of information.
Moderators play an essential role in building and maintaining these communities. Reddit is seeking an experienced Community Lifecycle Manager to develop and manage programs that educate, engage, support, and reactivate moderators throughout different stages of their community journey—from launching a new subreddit to growing an established community.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and launching email campaigns using HubSpot and push notification campaigns through Reddit’s internal tools.
- Improving segmentation, automation, data infrastructure, and dynamic content used in moderator communications.
- Creating structured experiments using treatment and control groups and turning findings into future testing strategies.
- Working with lifecycle strategists to execute audience engagement, messaging, and community growth initiatives.
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to enhance communication tools and develop new ways to engage moderators.
- Tracking campaign performance and email engagement health while identifying and resolving technical or operational issues.
- Establishing scalable processes, workflows, and technical standards for Reddit’s moderator lifecycle initiatives.
