Role Summary

G126 is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join its team.

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance with enquiries, bookings, complaints, and other travel-related needs.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will respond to customers through phone calls, email, and in-person interactions, providing clear and accurate information about available travel packages, flight and hotel bookings, visa processes, car rentals, and other related services.

The role also involves processing new bookings, cancellations, and modifications in accordance with established company procedures.

Customer complaints and service issues should be handled professionally, with appropriate solutions provided or matters escalated when necessary.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, transactions, complaints, and resolutions.

They will also coordinate with the bookings, visa processing, accounts, and other relevant teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently.

Regular follow-up with customers will be required to confirm satisfaction, obtain feedback, address outstanding concerns, and contribute to the company’s customer satisfaction and retention goals.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, with approximately 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related position.

Applicants should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.

The ability to manage multiple requests, remain organized, and work effectively under pressure is important for this position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Previous experience using travel booking platforms or customer relationship management (CRM) software will be an added advantage.

Candidates should also demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and careful attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of ₦180,000–₦250,000 during the probation period, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
