Customer Service
Join Atorline as a Customer Service Associate and help ensure clients and prospective customers receive clear, timely, and reliable support. You’ll manage inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and keep important service information organized across conversations and teams.
About the Role
As Atorline works with prospective clients, active projects, and multidisciplinary teams, dependable communication is essential.
In this role, you’ll help ensure people understand the status of their requests, what information may still be required, and who is responsible for the next step.
You’ll need to use sound judgment when handling inquiries. Some questions can be answered directly, while others may require additional technical information or escalation to the appropriate team member.
The goal is to provide accurate information rather than make assumptions when details are unclear.
What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as an important communication point between Atorline and its clients or prospects, helping conversations move forward smoothly while maintaining the necessary context.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receive, review, and organize questions from clients and prospective customers
- Provide clear and accurate updates on requests, projects, or service inquiries
- Direct technical or specialized questions to the appropriate team member
- Track follow-ups and maintain context across ongoing conversations
- Support smooth handoffs between clients and internal teams
- Recognize frequently asked questions and contribute to improving service documentation
- Ensure important requests are followed through without losing relevant details
What We’re Looking For
You should be a clear and confident communicator who can remain organized while handling different conversations and priorities.
Strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain context across multiple interactions are important for this position.
At least one year of experience in customer service, customer support, or client support is required. Previous experience supporting digital services or online businesses is helpful, but it is not essential.
More importantly, you should be willing to learn Atorline’s services and communicate information accurately.
Requirements
- At least one year of customer service or client-support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize requests, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations
- Comfortable providing clear and professional status updates
- Good judgment when determining when an issue should be escalated
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with distributed team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to preserve important context
