Full Stack Developer (Web3) at G2i

G2i is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join Moonberg, a Zug-based intelligence lab developing proprietary market intelligence and infrastructure for decentralized markets.

Moonberg processes over 700 real-time data streams, covering everything from on-chain activities to market trends and narratives, to deliver actionable insights.

Its consumer-facing product, Obzidian, is an agentic trading terminal built to research, monitor, and execute trades across markets 24/7.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled engineer capable of leading architecture and development across frontend, backend, and Web3 integrations.

You should have experience building scalable, data-intensive systems, resolving complex production challenges, and making independent technical decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full stack development across React-based interfaces, Node.js services, and Web3 integrations.
• Develop and scale decentralized applications that connect with digital wallets, DeFi protocols, and blockchain data.
• Integrate Web3 libraries, SDKs, packages, and APIs into dependable product workflows.
• Design and maintain systems with a strong focus on performance, security, scalability, and interoperability.
• Develop and enhance infrastructure capable of processing substantial volumes of real-time market and blockchain data.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and strengthen overall system reliability.
• Work alongside experienced engineers on architectural decisions and research into emerging technologies.
• Manage features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from technical planning and implementation to deployment and ongoing production support.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 10 years of professional software development experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of full stack development experience, with a strong emphasis on Web3 technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Proven experience delivering Web3 applications and integrations in production environments.
• Practical knowledge of integrating digital wallets, DeFi services, on-chain data, and third-party Web3 libraries or APIs.
• Experience designing, developing, and scaling data-intensive applications.
• Strong software architecture skills and a practical understanding of performance optimization, security, and system reliability.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• The ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and take responsibility in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Multi-chain development experience, particularly with Ethereum and Solana.
• Familiarity with Prisma, Zod, tRPC, and Fastify.
