About the Position

Alice are looking for talented and adaptable GenAI Specialists to join it’s growing network of experts. The position offers two complementary areas of specialization, and applicants may demonstrate expertise in either or both.

Focus Area 1: Adversarial Analysis

Develop and test carefully designed adversarial prompts to uncover potential weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and unsafe behaviours in advanced AI systems.

These systems may include Large Language Models (LLMs), text-to-image generators, text-to-video platforms, multimodal models, and AI-powered agents.

The role involves evaluating model responses, classifying identified vulnerabilities, and converting technical observations into practical recommendations that strengthen AI safety.

Focus Area 2: Creative Prompt Design

Create varied, detailed, and contextually relevant prompts to evaluate AI models across different safety and policy categories.

Apply creativity, strong language skills, and cultural awareness to develop realistic scenarios that reflect different communities, environments, and online interactions.

Prompts may range from harmless edge cases to complex scenarios involving manipulation, deception, or attempts to bypass AI safeguards.

Key Responsibilities

Adversarial Analysis

  • Develop and execute adversarial prompts to evaluate AI systems across different models and modalities.
  • Detect, assess, classify, and document potential model vulnerabilities and unsafe responses.
  • Assist with data annotation, dataset curation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Organize evaluation results into structured reports, documentation, and standardized data templates.
  • Provide clear insights that can help improve model safety, reliability, and performance.

Creative Prompt Design

  • Develop high-quality and diverse prompt collections that capture global linguistic, cultural, and social differences.
  • Research online activities and behavioural patterns associated with malicious actors to create realistic testing scenarios.
  • Develop prompts covering various safety and policy categories, including hate speech, sexual and graphic content, and terrorism-related material.
  • Adapt prompts to different languages, dialects, and regional contexts where required.
  • Ensure prompts are creative, relevant, culturally appropriate, and aligned with established evaluation guidelines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated familiarity or practical experience working with Generative AI models. Formal technical expertise is not mandatory.
  • Understanding of AI safety concepts, risk classifications, and content moderation policies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to balance innovative prompt development with established safety and policy requirements.

Language Requirements

For candidates interested in the Creative Prompt Design specialization, we are particularly interested in native speakers of the following languages:

  • English
  • Italian
  • Spanish
  • German
  • French
  • Japanese
  • Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Korean
  • Arabic

Native-level proficiency is essential to ensure that prompts accurately reflect authentic expressions, cultural references, regional differences, and everyday language patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in creative writing, journalism, fiction writing, linguistics, or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with different Generative AI technologies, including text-to-text, text-to-image, and text-to-video models.
  • Knowledge of prompt injection, jailbreak techniques, AI red-teaming, and adversarial testing approaches.
  • Previous experience in AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, content safety, or risk assessment.
  • Strong understanding of particular geographical regions, cultural environments, or geopolitical issues.
  • Fluency in one or more languages beyond English.
  • Experience researching online communities, digital behaviour, and emerging technology-related risks.

Please note: All applicants must successfully complete a screening assessment and background check as part of the recruitment process.
