Graphic Designer
This position is available to qualified candidates located across Latin America, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
Since the role involves supporting a U.S.-based client, applicants must be comfortable working during U.S. business hours according to the client’s time zone.
The client is an established healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) organization that works with hospitals and healthcare systems to improve financial performance through a combination of technology, data, and industry expertise.
As the company’s marketing activities expand, it is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to develop professional visual materials that strengthen its brand and support both Marketing and Sales initiatives.
About the Role
The Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual assets for a range of marketing, sales, and business development activities.
Your work will include presentations, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, digital campaign graphics, and other branded materials. You will also provide basic video-editing support and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Sales Materials
- Design professional one-pagers, brochures, case studies, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and client-facing sales decks.
- Follow established branding standards to maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials.
- Refresh, redesign, and update existing marketing and sales collateral when required.
- Ensure completed materials are polished, accurate, and appropriate for professional audiences.
Digital Marketing Design
- Produce visual assets for email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, webinars, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative materials supporting campaigns and business-development activities.
- Transform complex healthcare products, services, and information into clear and visually engaging content.
- Adapt creative materials for different digital platforms and campaign requirements.
Video Editing
- Perform basic video editing using CapCut or comparable software.
- Edit webinar and presentation recordings for distribution.
- Trim unnecessary footage and remove filler sections where appropriate.
- Add captions and make other basic improvements to finished videos.
- Assist with straightforward multimedia projects when needed.
Creative Collaboration
- Work with teams across the organization to understand project requirements and convert ideas into effective visual materials.
- Handle several creative projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Contribute fresh creative ideas that improve marketing campaigns and sales-enablement materials
Requirements
Candidates should have:
- 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience producing both digital and print marketing materials.
- Experience designing presentations, branded digital content, and sales collateral.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic-design abilities and professional visual work.
Previous experience working within B2B, healthcare, technology, finance, or another corporate environment is preferred.
Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong proficiency with Canva.
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint design skills.
- A solid understanding of typography, layout, branding, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Basic experience using CapCut or similar video-editing software.
- The ability to manage multiple design assignments and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to follow established brand guidelines while contributing new creative ideas.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is an advantage.
