- Resize, adapt, and produce multiple versions of creative assets for different platforms, formats, and marketing channels.
- Prepare professional, production-ready design files and maintain well-organized creative assets.
- Handle multiple design requests and shifting priorities within a ticket-based project management system.
- Provide regular project updates, communicate effectively, and implement feedback throughout the design process.
- Edit photographs and short-form videos for social media, including cropping, resizing, adding captions, creating shorter versions, and incorporating basic motion effects.
- Develop reusable social media templates and graphics that maintain brand consistency.
- Offer additional creative and content support whenever required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, and print design.
- Excellent knowledge of typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with established brand guidelines and maintaining consistent visual identities.
- Practical experience editing short-form videos and social media content using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and apply creative feedback.
- Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week throughout the contract period.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Illustration experience, including traditional drawing or digital illustration using Procreate or Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic motion graphics experience with Adobe After Effects.
- Previous design experience in B2B, industrial, construction, equipment, or related industries.
- Familiarity with Canva.
