Rameelo is a ticketing and community platform dedicated to Garba, Dandiya, and Navratri celebrations across the United States.

Created by and for the Gujarati diaspora, we make it easy for people to discover events, purchase tickets, connect with their community, and organize celebrations that preserve and share their cultural heritage.

We are an ambitious, fast-growing team focused on expanding our presence in the Garba market, increasing ticket sales, delivering exceptional products, and building a trusted brand that can thrive for generations.

Every position is fully remote, paid hourly, and directly contributes to experiences enjoyed by thousands of dancers during Navratri.

The Role

Rameelo  are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce eye-catching marketing materials that elevate the Rameelo brand, capture attention across digital platforms, and help drive event ticket sales.

You will design flyers, social media graphics, advertisements, email visuals, and other promotional assets while maintaining a polished, consistent visual identity across Rameelo and its partner events.

This is an hourly, fully remote position with a flexible schedule that adjusts to the Navratri event calendar and campaign requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create event flyers, social media graphics, digital advertisements, banners, email visuals, and other promotional materials using Canva.
• Develop creative assets for event launches, promotional offers, giveaways, and marketing campaigns within tight deadlines.
• Ensure consistent branding across Rameelo’s marketing materials and those produced for event organizers.
• Create and maintain reusable Canva templates that allow the team to produce standard marketing assets independently.
• Collaborate with the social media and client success teams to transform campaign briefs into engaging, production-ready designs.
• Prepare, export, and optimize creative assets for both digital platforms and print production.
• Maintain organized design files and ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards.

• Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator experience is an advantage.

• A portfolio showcasing graphic design projects, particularly event flyers, social media graphics, and advertising materials.
• Strong Canva skills, including experience with brand kits, templates, and exporting designs in multiple sizes.
• The ability to deliver high-quality work quickly and reliably in line with an active marketing calendar.
• A strong visual eye for clean, premium designs that capture the excitement and festive spirit of cultural celebrations.
• An appreciation for Garba, Dandiya, Navratri, and South Asian visual culture.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple campaigns.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Volume of marketing materials produced.
• Effectiveness of creative assets in supporting campaign engagement and ticket sales.

• Developing and managing the Canva template library.
• Organizing design files and creative resources.
