Graphic Designer / Production Designer

You will work closely with creative and account teams to ensure campaigns and brand materials are visually consistent, accurate, and ready for deployment across digital and print channels.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented, production-focused designer who can take established creative concepts and transform them into high-quality final deliverables.
You will use strong design judgment and production expertise to adapt, refine, resize, and prepare creative assets across multiple platforms.
The role requires someone who can maintain brand consistency while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
The position averages approximately 10 hours per week, although workload may increase to around 30 hours during busier periods. You should be available for meetings and calls during a portion of normal business hours on at least two weekdays.
Project timelines vary. Some assignments may require completion within 24 hours, while others may allow three to four days. Flexibility for occasional in-person collaboration during larger project kickoffs or team reviews is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Create digital and social media assets for multiple campaigns and platforms.
- Produce paid advertising and campaign creative.
- Design print materials such as brochures, postcards, one-sheets, signage, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop event and environmental graphics.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and supporting design systems.
- Adapt, resize, and reformat existing creative for different platforms, placements, and specifications.
- Prepare accurate final files for print and digital production.
- Assist with basic motion graphics, video, or presentation animation when required.
- Design professional client presentations and pitch decks.
- Handle high-volume production work, including campaign resizing and copy or image updates.
- Produce multiple versions and variations of campaign assets.
- Format and refine presentation decks.
- Prepare print-ready artwork according to production specifications.
- Implement urgent or last-minute client revisions while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a mid-level design professional with approximately 5–8+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in marketing, branding, and production design.
You should have:
- Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, and color.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong ability to work within established brand standards and guidelines.
- Extensive knowledge of digital and print production processes and file preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Experience receiving creative direction and incorporating feedback effectively.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with art directors, copywriters, account teams, and other creative professionals.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- A professional portfolio featuring real-world branding, advertising, marketing, and production work.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Preferred Skills
Additional experience with the following tools would be beneficial:
- Figma
- After Effects and basic motion graphics
- Premiere Pro or similar video-editing software
- Canva
- AI-powered creative and generative design tools
Schedule and Availability
The expected workload averages around 10 hours per week, although certain weeks may require up to 30 hours, depending on project demand.
Candidates should be available for calls, meetings, and reviews during part of the regular business day on at least two weekdays each week.
Some assignments may require a turnaround of approximately 24 hours, while others will have timelines of three to four days.
Ideally, the selected designer will also have some flexibility to attend an occasional half-day in-office session on a Tuesday or Wednesday, particularly for major project kickoffs, collaborative reviews, or larger initiatives.
