About the Role
Mind Smith Online School is looking for passionate, dedicated and experienced Primary School Teachers to join its growing online teaching team.
The position is suitable for educators who enjoy working with children, are comfortable using technology and can create engaging and interactive learning experiences in a virtual classroom.
Teachers will deliver lessons remotely while helping students develop academically through structured lessons, assignments, assessments and regular feedback.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online lessons to primary school students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments and assessments.
- Create a positive and interactive virtual classroom environment.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide appropriate feedback.
- Communicate professionally with parents and school management.
- Participate in school meetings, activities and other assigned responsibilities.
- Support students and encourage active participation during online classes
Requirements
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Education or a related field.
Previous experience teaching at the primary-school level is required. Candidates should also possess strong communication and classroom-management skills and be comfortable working with online teaching platforms and other digital tools.
Because this is an online position, applicants must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable computer or device for teaching.
Candidates must also be available for morning classes during school hours and should be patient, responsible, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children.
