Product Designer at Figma
Figma is expanding its team of creative thinkers and innovators dedicated to making design more accessible to everyone.
Its collaborative platform enables teams to transform ideas into products through brainstorming, prototyping, design-to-code workflows, and AI-powered tools.
From the initial concept to the final product, Figma helps organizations simplify workflows, accelerate development, and collaborate seamlessly in real time from anywhere in the world.
If you’re passionate about shaping the future of design and digital collaboration, this is an opportunity to be part of that journey.
Figma is seeking experienced Product Designers to join its Growth & Monetization teams, to oversee essential product experiences, including user onboarding, account management, administrative tools, billing, and other areas that support business growth.
In this role, you’ll design experiences that help users discover Figma’s value, enable organizations to manage their accounts effectively, and support customers as they expand their use of the platform.
You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to develop intuitive, impactful product solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and accomplished visual designer who can move comfortably between product strategy, creative storytelling, and hands-on execution.
You’ll simplify complex processes, influence product decisions, and build scalable design systems that strengthen the overall user experience.
This opportunity covers multiple openings across Figma’s Growth and Monetization teams at different seniority levels. Specific positions and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.
This is a full-time position available from one of Figma’s U.S. office hubs or remotely within the United States.
