Product Designer – Mailmark

📍 United States 💵 $Not disclosed 2 hours ago

Department: IT & Software Location: Remote Salary: $Not disclosed

Mailmark is looking for a talented Product Designer to help shape intuitive, polished, and highly functional product experiences.

This is a remote opportunity open to qualified candidates worldwide who enjoy turning complex ideas into simple, thoughtful interfaces.

As a Product Designer, you will work closely with product and engineering teams throughout the design process – from understanding user needs and exploring early concepts to creating detailed interfaces and refining experiences after launch.

The role is well suited to a designer who combines strong visual design skills with practical product thinking and cares about how real users interact with software.

What You’ll Do

  • Design clear and intuitive experiences across Mailmark’s products.
  • Translate product requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Explore multiple design approaches before selecting and refining the strongest solution.
  • Improve existing product experiences by identifying usability issues and opportunities for simplification.
  • Contribute to reusable components and consistent design patterns across the product.
  • Participate in product discussions and help shape features from early concepts through launch.
  • Use feedback and product insights to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of visual quality, usability, accessibility, and consistency.

What Will Help You Succeed

You’ll be a strong fit if you have excellent attention to detail, a good understanding of modern UI/UX principles, and experience working with collaborative design tools such as Figma.

You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while communicating clearly with colleagues across different functions and potentially different time zones.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time remote position with worldwide availability. Candidates can work from different locations while collaborating with Mailmark’s distributed team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience designing digital products and can demonstrate strong product thinking through previous work. You should be comfortable taking ownership of design problems rather than simply producing screens from predefined instructions.

You should also be able to explain the reasoning behind your design decisions, collaborate effectively with technical teams, and balance visual quality with usability and business requirements.

A strong portfolio demonstrating your approach to product design, user experience, interface design, and problem-solving will be important.
