Real Estate Accountant

Boabsil Recruitment is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and dependable professional to fill the position of Real Estate Accountant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization’s financial operations by maintaining accurate accounting records, monitoring financial transactions, and ensuring proper documentation of income and expenses.

Job Responsibilities

The Real Estate Accountant will maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure that accounting information is properly documented and updated.

The successful candidate will prepare invoices, payment vouchers, financial reports, and other accounting documents required for the smooth running of the organization.

The role also involves performing regular bank and account reconciliations, monitoring company income and expenses, and keeping track of accounts payable and receivable.

The accountant will assist with payroll processing and statutory deductions while ensuring that financial records are properly maintained.

The successful candidate will also provide necessary documentation and support during audits, ensure compliance with established accounting procedures, and carry out other accounting and finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Applicants should have 1–2 years of relevant post-NYSC work experience.
• Good knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting software is essential.
• Candidates should possess strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity are required.
• Applicants should be able to organize their workload effectively and meet established deadlines.
• Candidates must reside in or be able to commute conveniently to Berger, Abuja.
