About the Team

The successful candidate will join Raisin’s B2C DACH Team, which is responsible for important markets including Germany and Austria.

The team consists of commercial and growth professionals focused on delivering an excellent customer experience, strengthening customer trust, and generating sustainable growth through efficient acquisition strategies.

In this role, you will work closely with the Country Head DACH and collaborate with colleagues across Product, Technology, Investments, Pensions, and Marketing to expand and optimize Raisin’s affiliate and strategic partnership channels.

About the Role

Raisin is seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager DACH to take ownership of performance-driven customer acquisition through affiliate marketing and strategic brand partnerships.

This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will identify new partnership opportunities, acquire high-performing partners, strengthen existing relationships, optimize campaigns, and ensure that Raisin’s affiliate activities deliver sustainable and cost-efficient growth.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Campaign Management

Manage and expand Raisin’s affiliate marketing activities across the DACH region while ensuring campaigns remain within established Cost per Registration (CPR) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets.

You will continuously monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions, efficiency, and long-term channel growth.

New Partner Acquisition

Research, identify, approach, and onboard high-potential affiliate and strategic partners.

Potential partners may include:

  • Financial comparison platforms.
  • Specialized financial publishers.
  • Content creators and influencers.
  • Digital media organizations.
  • Strategic brand-to-brand partners.

You will use direct outreach, professional networks, and industry relationships to continuously develop Raisin’s partnership pipeline.

Strategic Partner Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Raisin’s most important affiliate partners across the DACH market.

You will regularly review partner integrations and promotional activities to ensure that interest rates, landing pages, tracking implementations, promotional materials, and customer-facing information remain accurate and properly optimized.

Product & Channel Expansion

Collaborate with specialized internal teams, including the Investment and Pension teams, to develop affiliate campaigns supporting specific financial products and growth priorities.

You will help identify opportunities to expand Raisin’s affiliate strategy across new products, audiences, and customer segments.

Tracking & Affiliate Operations

Maintain accurate and reliable operational processes across Raisin’s affiliate ecosystem.

This includes overseeing:

  • Campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Partner integrations.
  • Commercial and remuneration agreements.
  • Affiliate contracts.
  • Network relationships.
  • Partner invoicing and related processes.

You will work with affiliate technologies and networks such as Impact and financeAds to ensure campaigns are properly tracked and managed.

Performance & Cost Optimization

Use platforms such as Looker and HubSpot to analyze affiliate performance, customer acquisition costs, competitor activity, and broader market trends.

You will use these insights to optimize campaigns and ensure the affiliate channel continues delivering competitive returns compared with other paid customer-acquisition channels.

Process Improvement

Continuously evaluate Raisin’s affiliate processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will test new approaches, introduce more efficient workflows, and serve as an internal subject-matter expert for affiliate marketing and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, performance marketing, or a related discipline within the DACH region.

The ideal candidate should also demonstrate:

  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking systems and attribution models.
  • Knowledge of affiliate-network operations and technologies such as Impact and financeAds.
  • Understanding of commercial remuneration models and modern digital marketing practices.
  • Proven experience managing performance-marketing budgets.
  • Experience working toward customer-acquisition targets such as CPR and CAC.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience using tools such as Looker and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to solving problems.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments.
  • Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional experience that may strengthen your application includes:

  • Previous experience or a strong interest in FinTech, banking, personal finance, investments, or pensions.
  • Experience using CRM and affiliate-management platforms such as HubSpot, Impact, or comparable enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and automation tools for improving partner communications, conducting market research, streamlining reporting, or automating repetitive workflows.
