Job Summary

RADICL is recruiting an experienced and creative Senior Product Designer to help develop exceptional user experiences for its AI-powered cybersecurity platform.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, cybersecurity professionals, and platform users to design intuitive, efficient, and scalable digital products.

This position involves designing sophisticated workflows that enable cybersecurity analysts, intelligent AI agents, and business users to work together effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Experience and AI Workflow Design

• Design intuitive workflows that enable cybersecurity professionals and AI-powered agents to collaborate effectively.
• Develop user experiences that simplify threat detection, troubleshooting, incident response, and other security operations.
• Create efficient interfaces that support time-sensitive decision-making within security operations environments.
• Improve platform usability, navigation, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

2. User Research and Product Discovery

• Collaborate directly with cybersecurity service providers to understand their operational challenges and workflow requirements.
• Conduct research involving small and medium-sized business users to identify usability issues and improvement opportunities.
• Gather insights through user interviews, observation, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
• Translate research findings into practical design recommendations.
• Develop solutions that make the platform accessible to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.

3. Product Design and Prototyping

• Develop wireframes, user flows, information architecture, interaction models, and interactive prototypes.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs that communicate product concepts effectively.
• Transform complex product requirements into practical, testable user experiences.
• Design visually consistent interfaces that align with established product standards.
• Work with development teams to ensure designs are technically achievable and ready for implementation.

4. Usability Testing and Continuous Improvement

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and professional experience:

• At least 6 years of professional product design experience, preferably within a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organization.
• Demonstrated experience designing complex applications involving large volumes of data and sophisticated operational workflows.
• Proven ability to collaborate with high-performing engineering teams to develop and launch innovative digital products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI projects, including research, workflow design, prototyping, and completed products.
• Proficiency in modern design tools, particularly Figma and FigJam.
• Experience using prototyping tools and AI-assisted design solutions such as Figma Make or Claude Design.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, usability principles, and design systems.
• Ability to simplify complicated technical processes into accessible and user-friendly interfaces.

• Experience working within agile development teams and fast-paced startup environments.
