About the Role
Reveleer is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to oversee two key areas of its Clinical Intelligence Suite: Health Information Exchange (HIE) & AI Suspecting and Care Gap Manager.
The HIE & AI Suspecting platform retrieves clinical information from health information exchanges and other customer sources, using artificial intelligence to identify potential diagnoses and opportunities for quality improvement.
Meanwhile, Care Gap Manager provides health plans and healthcare providers with a centralized platform to manage quality and risk gaps, submit supporting clinical evidence, and monitor performance against incentive programs.
The Senior Product Manager will bring these capabilities together into a unified workflow that connects clinical data retrieval, AI-powered opportunity identification, provider engagement, evidence submission, and care gap closure.
This position combines product strategy, technical expertise, vendor relationship management, regulatory knowledge, and healthcare workflow development.
The successful candidate will become a key internal expert on health information exchanges, healthcare interoperability, and the regulatory requirements governing clinical data exchange.
The role will also lead product development for Care Gap Manager, ensuring that health plans and provider organizations can efficiently manage quality initiatives, close care gaps, and improve performance under value-based care arrangements.
