Social Media & Content Manager
You’ll take ownership of the company’s social media content strategy, calendar, and brand voice.
Your role will be to transform client projects, success stories, case studies, and insights from across the team into engaging content that builds awareness, strengthens credibility, and generates interest in the company’s services.
You’ll be responsible for keeping social channels active, relevant, and consistent while identifying the types of content that resonate most with the target audience.
What You’ll Do
Plan, organize, and manage the content calendar across the company’s social media channels.
Write and edit engaging social posts, threads, captions, and scripts for short-form videos.
Turn completed client projects, case studies, company achievements, and internal expertise into compelling social content that is easy to understand and share.
Work closely with the design team to coordinate graphics and other visual assets needed for campaigns and everyday social content.
Monitor engagement, reach, and other key content metrics to understand what is performing well and use those insights to improve future content.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across different platforms while adapting content to suit the style and audience of each channel.
Identify opportunities to repurpose existing material into new posts, videos, stories, and other useful content formats.
What We’re Looking For
You have at least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a B2B, technology, digital, or similar company.
You’re a strong writer who can communicate ideas clearly and concisely across different formats, from short social posts to longer threads and video scripts.
You’re comfortable working with basic social media and content analytics and can use performance data to guide content decisions.
You have a good eye for visual presentation and understand what makes social content look professional, even if graphic design isn’t your primary skill.
You communicate clearly in writing and are comfortable collaborating with a distributed or asynchronous team.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience editing short-form videos or preparing video content for social platforms would be an advantage.
Previous experience working with a web development, design, creative, or digital agency is also valuable.
Community management experience, including engaging with followers, responding to conversations, and helping build an active online audience, is a plus.
