Scriptover are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with a deep understanding of user behaviour and journey mapping, capable of transforming complex AI-powered technologies into intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experiences.

You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to create seamless experiences that make advanced technology accessible and practical for everyday users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using Figma to communicate design concepts and functionality.
• Ensure consistent usability and performance across different devices, taking mobile limitations, screen sizes, and layout requirements into consideration.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to translate design concepts into functional, high-quality product experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify challenges and continuously improve the user experience.
• Analyse and map complete user journeys to identify workflow bottlenecks and develop solutions that increase engagement, usability, and conversion rates.
• Help build, maintain, and improve Scriptover’s design system to ensure visual consistency across all products and platforms.
• Apply UX best practices to simplify complex workflows and make AI-powered features easier for users to understand and navigate.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, interface design, mockups, and rapid prototyping.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to create polished, pixel-perfect, and responsive designs.
• Solid understanding of user experience principles, accessibility standards, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Demonstrated experience designing interfaces for multiple screen sizes, with an understanding of mobile constraints and performance considerations.
• Experience conducting usability tests, gathering user feedback, and implementing iterative design improvements.
• Ability to combine creative thinking with practical technical requirements while collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong user empathy and the ability to understand how design decisions influence user behaviour, productivity, and overall workflow efficiency.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI design skills and experience creating effective digital product experiences.
