About the Role

Comoto is hiring a V-Twin Motorcycle Technician Support Representative to join its Rider Support Team.

This is a fully remote, full-time position designed for someone with strong hands-on knowledge of V-Twin motorcycles, particularly Harley-Davidson motorcycles, combined with excellent customer-service and communication skills.

Rather than functioning as a traditional customer-service position, this role requires practical motorcycle expertise. You will serve as a technical resource for customers who need assistance choosing, fitting, installing, and purchasing motorcycle parts, accessories, and riding equipment.

The upcoming new-hire class is tentatively scheduled to begin on October 26, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

As a V-Twin Motorcycle Technician Support Representative, you will:

• Assist customers through phone, email, live chat, and other available communication channels.
• Answer technical questions regarding motorcycle parts, accessories, compatibility, fitment, application, and installation.
• Help riders select appropriate motorcycle equipment and safety gear, including helmets, jackets, riding pants, armor, boots, and gloves.
• Support customers throughout the ordering process and help provide a complete purchasing experience.
• Apply your knowledge of V-Twin motorcycles to resolve technical questions and recommend appropriate products.
• Continue developing your knowledge of motorcycle parts, riding gear, racing, off-road riding, touring, adventure riding, bike modifications, and other areas of powersports.
• Collaborate with different internal teams when necessary to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate attention to detail while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver professional and helpful communication to riders throughout every interaction.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a genuine passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding of motorcycle parts and accessories, particularly within the V-Twin segment.

The ideal candidate should also possess:

• Practical knowledge and experience working with V-Twin motorcycles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and active-listening skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• The ability to work productively within a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work outside traditional business hours when required, including nights and weekends.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with UTVs, ATVs, scooters, snowmobiles, retail, service, or hospitality may be beneficial. Technical-school certification, a bachelor’s degree, or multilingual abilities are also considered advantages.
