As our YouTube channel and social media platforms continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Video Editor to support our expanding content production needs.

In this role, you’ll edit both short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, as well as long-form YouTube videos.

Your work will include adding captions, motion graphics, transitions, B-roll footage, and sound design to create polished, engaging content.

Your primary goal will be to keep viewers interested and improve audience retention, even when covering topics like payroll and employment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Incorporate captions, motion graphics, transitions, B-roll footage, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
• Produce creative and engaging edits that capture attention and increase viewer retention.
• Maintain consistent video quality, editing standards, and brand identity across all content.
• Work closely with the team to improve content performance, audience engagement, and overall video effectiveness.
• Manage and organize project files while ensuring all video assignments are completed and delivered on schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing YouTube videos and short-form social media content, with a portfolio or samples of previous work.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, video pacing, audience engagement, and viewer retention.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently, pay close attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Good English communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience editing content related to business, finance, human resources, SaaS, or educational topics.

• Salary: $750 USD per month.
