Required Equipment and Eligibility

Before applying, ensure you meet the following requirements:

• Work authorization: U.S. work authorization if you are based in the United States, along with the ability to pass a background check.

Flexible and Predictable Scheduling

Smith.ai operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the year. Agents benefit from flexible scheduling options while maintaining a consistent work routine.

The position requires working at least one shift on Mondays, with a weekly commitment of 25 to 40 hours.

Shifts typically run in blocks of two to five hours and are scheduled according to business needs, client requirements, and your availability.

Pay and Benefits

For U.S.-Based Agents

• Entry-level pay starts at $15 per hour.
• Bilingual agents fluent in both English and Spanish start at $16 per hour.
• Paid training is provided.
• Healthcare benefits are available to agents working 30 or more hours per week.

For Mexico-Based Agents

• Starting pay is $11 per hour.
• Paid training is provided.
