About the Role

As a Senior Travel Consultant at BCD Travel, you will serve as a key point of contact for both new and existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service and expert travel assistance.

You will handle travel inquiries, coordinate reservations, and provide professional guidance to help clients make informed travel decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and confirm travel reservations based on client requests.
• Understand individual client travel policies and provide appropriate travel advice and recommendations.
• Assist clients with travel-related regulations and requirements, including Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, TSA guidelines, passports, and visas.
• Provide accurate information on airfare options, exchange fees, cancellation penalties, and other travel-related costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational procedures and strengthen commercial relationships with clients.
• Stay informed about developments, regulations, and industry trends across the travel sectors supported.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and operational processes.
• Advanced proficiency in the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Schedule Information
