Key Responsibilities

Website Strategy and Management

• Develop, manage, and execute the website roadmap in line with business objectives.
• Oversee daily website operations to ensure a seamless experience for new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve website functionality, usability, and overall performance.

Website Optimisation and Conversion

• Improve landing pages, calls to action (CTAs), and customer journeys to increase engagement and conversions.
• Plan and execute A/B testing initiatives to identify effective website improvements.
• Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies that support business growth.

Analytics and Performance Reporting

• Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event tracking, data layer implementation, and reporting.
• Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour, and conversion performance.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that improve customer experiences and generate revenue.

Technical Management and Compliance

• Maintain an effective website information architecture and content structure.
• Ensure website operations comply with relevant insurance industry security and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to support successful website updates and new feature releases.
• Work with technical teams to identify and resolve website issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, product, IT, and customer service teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Support the implementation of new website tools, features, and system integrations.

Requirements and Qualifications

Analytics Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, event tagging, data tracking, and website performance reporting.

Conversion Optimisation Skills: Practical experience improving user experience (UX), developing landing page strategies, and increasing conversion rates.

Commercial Awareness: Demonstrated ability to use digital strategies to improve customer engagement and business revenue.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
