We’re looking for a WordPress Content Writer / Technical Content Writer who can go beyond traditional content writing.
The ideal candidate will understand our business, become familiar with the technical solutions we deliver, and turn complex ideas into engaging, authoritative content.
This role combines technical understanding, storytelling, research, and content strategy.
You’ll collaborate with marketing specialists, developers, project managers, and leadership to produce content that strengthens our position as a trusted voice in the enterprise WordPress ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Create well-researched, insightful content across formats, including blog articles, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, monthly roundups, website copy, product announcements, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Work closely with developers, technical specialists, project managers, and leadership to understand complex projects and transform technical information into clear and engaging stories.
- Develop a strong understanding of our services, solutions, business model, customers, and target audiences so that every piece of content accurately reflects our expertise and positioning.
- Produce strategic content that contributes to SEO performance, brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead-generation objectives.
- Turn successful projects, technical challenges, engineering solutions, and client outcomes into compelling narratives that demonstrate our capabilities and impact.
- Research emerging developments across WordPress, enterprise web technologies, digital experiences, security, performance, and the broader web ecosystem.
- Use industry trends and technical developments to create timely, forward-looking articles and thought-leadership content.
- Maintain consistency across all published materials by following established brand voice, messaging, editorial, and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For

- At least 2 years of professional content writing or copywriting experience, preferably within a WordPress agency, web development company, SaaS business, or technology-focused organization.
- The ability to quickly understand technical and business concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience producing long-form articles, technical content, educational resources, or thought-leadership pieces.
- Excellent writing, editing, research, and storytelling abilities, with strong attention to grammar, structure, accuracy, and readability.
- Familiarity with WordPress and its ecosystem, including themes, plugins, hosting, website security, performance optimization, and content publishing workflows.
- A practical understanding of SEO principles and the ability to create useful, search-optimized content without compromising quality or readability.
- A portfolio demonstrating experience writing about technology, WordPress, web development, digital products, or digital transformation.
Good to Have
Experience in any of the following areas would be an advantage:
- Writing for enterprise, SaaS, B2B, or technology audiences.
- Interviewing developers and technical specialists and translating their expertise into accessible business-focused content.
- Headless WordPress and modern frontend technologies.
- Website performance, security, scalability, and enterprise architecture.
- Content strategy, analytics, and thought-leadership development.
- Marketing and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
