Royal Caribbean Group’s Shipboard Recruiting team is currently seeking a full-time Sourcer, Private Destinations. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Shipboard Recruiting and will be based at the company’s main office in Nassau, Bahamas.

Position Overview

The Sourcer, Private Destinations will support talent acquisition initiatives by developing and executing effective sourcing strategies across different functions and career levels.

The role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring the organization has access to qualified talent when and where it is needed. The successful candidate will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to identify talent, understand hiring requirements, and support recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies.
  • Stay informed about current recruitment, sourcing, and talent attraction trends and best practices.
  • Build candidate pipelines using social media, job boards, niche recruitment websites, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates ahead of current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to identify and manage prospective candidates.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to develop market strategies, identify suitable candidates, provide market insights, and share competitive intelligence.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with hiring managers and relevant internal teams.
  • Provide support for inbound sourcing activities, including candidate and requisition management when required.
  • Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns and hiring events.
  • Support candidates throughout the application process.
  • Help maintain and oversee recruitment tracking systems, including Smartsheet trackers.
  • Work toward established recruitment objectives, operational targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, or an internationally recognized equivalent.
  • At least two years of relevant experience working in a similar capacity within a reputable local, global, or international organization.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and talent-pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and other automated recruitment platforms.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency with applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment and employer-branding initiatives.
  • Understanding of recognized human resources practices and employment regulations relating to fair treatment and equal employment opportunities.
  • Strong customer-service skills with a professional, tactful, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to adapt effectively to changing priorities and working environments while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to different audiences, including management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
